Follow
route 114 along the Bay of Fundy coast to Hillsborough where
you will find a
train museum,
an 18 hole golf course, a drug store, a couple of convience stores
and an information center. Then on to Hopewell Cape where you will
find “The Rocks Park” , a museum in a goal, a potter
and of course us, The Hopewell Rocks Motel & Country Inn.
A
few minutes further along the 114 and you will see a covered bridge
on your left. Now you are in Riverside Albert where you will find
several artisans, a convenience store/gas bar, a couple restaurants,
a drug store and a medical clinic. To continue on your way to Alma
and Fundy National Park you can continue on 114 or take the scenic
route, 915 through Mary’s Point Bird Sanctuary, and Lars
Larsen’s Artist Studio.
Continuing on 915 to Cape Enrage
Lighthouse where breathtaking views are photographed daily. Then
continuing along the waterside beach the Waterside Winery offers
a nice selection. Then into Alma a quaint fishing port where
you can watch the Lobster fishermen return at high tide and unload
their catch at the wharf.
Enjoy the shops and maybe visit The
Fundy
National Park, a naturalist park with lots of hiking , biking,
driving tours to offer many breathtaking views of the Bay of
Fundy , there are many other things to do in the Park as well
canoeing,
lawn bowling an 18 hole golf course and a pool.
